Dr. Arvind Patel, a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics for 20 years, earned his medical degree from J.J.M Medical College in Karnataka, India. He then went onto completing his internship and pediatric residency at the Columbia University affiliated hospital in New York City. Following residency, Dr. Patel joined the staff at Muhlenberg Hospital in New Jersey for one year as a house physician. In the next year, Dr. Patel began serving Monmouth County at CentraState Medical Center as an Emergency Room physician, while running the hospital pediatric clinic as well. In 1995, he joined Allergy and Pediatrics, where he continues to practice and is affiliated with Jersey Shore University Medical Center and K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital in Neptune, NJ.

Dr. Daghistani is a board certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been a part of Allergy and Pediatric Associates since October 2010. She has over 15 years of experience in managing and treating children from infancy to young adulthood.

Dr.Daghistani lives in Monmouth county with her family. She loves music and dance and practices yoga all year round. She enjoys swimming in the summer and hiking with her girls in the fall.

Dr. Madhavi Katturupalli is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2012. She had earned her medical degree from Mamata Medical College and completed her pediatric residency training at New York Medical College – Richmond University Medical Center in New York. During her residency, Dr. Katturupalli was chosen to be the Chief Resident of the Department of Pediatrics.

Dr. Katturupalli joined the team at Allergy and Pediatric Associates in 2012 where she continues to practice. She very much enjoys the art and science of dealing with children, with particular interest in the care of newborns. She is also skilled at caring for medically complex children and adolescents. Dr. Katturupalli provides personalized care and attention at all wellness visits as well as sick visits and follow up care, guiding families with informed decision making as they navigate through all phases of their children’s growth and development.

Dr. Katturupalli resides in Marlboro with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, kid’s activities, listening to music and reading. In addition to English, she is fluent in both Telugu and Hindi.

Dr. Lori Rosenberg is a board certified pediatrician who joined the staff of Allergy & Pediatrics in October 2017. She graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998 and completed her pediatric residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Upon the completion of her training, Dr. Rosenberg joined a large pediatric group in Bergen County where she became an integral part of her patients' lives for 16 years.

Dr. Rosenberg currently lives in Marlboro with her husband, her son, and her daughter. She enjoys Zumba, theatre, restaurants, New York City, and the New York Yankees.

Daria McGee is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner who joined Allergy & Pediatrics in March 2018. She received her BSN from East Carolina University in 2010 and began working as a pediatric registered nurse at the K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Daria received her MSN in pediatric primary care from Seton Hall University in 2016 and began her career as pediatric nurse practitioner shortly thereafter.

Daria lives in Marlboro with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling, cooking, the beach, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Jessica Prati attended medical school at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She returned to her home state of New Jersey for pediatric residency training at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Dr. Prati is a board certified pediatrician and joined the team at Allergy and Pediatric Associates in 2022. Dr. Prati also speaks Spanish.

In her free time, Dr. Prati enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Jessica Magharious is a pediatrician who joined the staff of Allergy & Pediatrics in January 2024. She graduated from St. George’s University Medical School in 2018 and completed her pediatric residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Magharious was born and raised in Chicago, however, she moved to New Jersey to complete her medical education and she made New Jersey her new home with her husband and daughter. She enjoys the beach, traveling, dancing, and ice skating. Dr. Magharious is fluent in Arabic as well.
